As a member of the Recruitment Team, you are responsible for recruiting and candidate sourcing activities, which may include:
  • Identify and source qualified candidates utilizing applicant tracking system, job boards and social media tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Conduct job requirements meetings with clients
  • Interview qualified candidates
  • Initiate candidate background checks and complete reference checks 
  • Conduct regular follow up with candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate candidate skills testing
  • Participate in divisional meetings and assist with developing candidate sourcing strategies, marketing initiatives and other general projects as assigned
  • Utilize applicant tracking system to capture all recruiting related candidate information
  • Attend career fairs as needed
  • Ability to contribute positive feedback at weekly staff meetings
  • Work collaboratively
  • Ability to develop positive relationships with clients and recruits
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting/sourcing experience required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, ATS.
  • Preferred experience in IT/Medical/Executive level recruitments
  • Proven track record as a corporate recruiter, agency recruiter or sourcer across a wide range of disciplines.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches at any time and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to engage passive candidates on the phone to network and generate referrals and additional leads.
  • Ability to generate a high volume/high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines.
  • Exceptional planning, time management, communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
  • Must possess excellent analytical, trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to contribute positive feedback at weekly staff meetings
  • Work collaboratively with team
  • Ability to develop positive relationships with clients and recruits
Successful candidate will be required to pass a comprehensive civil, criminal, educational background check and drug screen.
