Our client seeks a Project Architect/Manager. The successful candidate will have a resume of proven experience in the Alaskan environment and demonstrated established relationships with private and public clientele in Alaska.
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Project management
  • Development of architectural projects including schematic, design development, specifications, construction documentation and construction administration phases.
  • Planning, feasibility studies, building assessments, BIM/Revit modeling and management, and LEED/Sustainable building design.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Min five years of production experience in commercial architecture
  • Strong background in design, production and coordination of quality construction documents
  • History of managing multi-discipline design teams
  • Solid understanding of International Building Codes and local Zoning Codes
  • Excellent planning, decision making, organizational and prioritization abilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
