Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate communication of all employee benefit programs
  • Coordinate and perform employee benefit orientation classes
  • Monitor and maintain enrollment for the various employee benefit programs
  • Process monthly insurance billings
  • Perform record file maintenance and assist with annual reporting
  • Perform semi-monthly audits
  • Other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications:
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • One year employee benefits experience utilizing multiple employee benefit programs
  • Accurate typing and experience with Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent decision-making ability
