As a member of the AES Recruitment Team, you are responsible for recruiting and candidate sourcing activities, which may include:
  • Identify and source qualified candidates utilizing applicant tracking system, job boards and social media tools such as Monster, LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Conduct job requirements meetings with clients
  • Interview qualified candidates
  • Initiate candidate background reference checks 
  • Conduct regular follow up with candidates and clients
  • Participate in divisional meetings and assist with developing candidate sourcing strategies, marketing initiatives and other general projects as assigned
  • Utilize applicant tracking system to capture all recruiting related candidate information
  • Attend career fairs as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:  Either Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting/sourcing experience required.
  • Experienced in business development and client engagement
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, ATS.
  • Proven track record as a corporate recruiting sourcer or agency recruiter across a wide range of disciplines.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches at any time and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to engage passive candidates on the phone to network and generate referrals and additional leads.
  • Ability to generate a high volume/high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines.
  • Exceptional planning, time management, communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
  • Must possess excellent analytical, trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills.
