Position:       Office/Administration Assistant
Location:       Anchorage
Pay Range:   $18+ DOE

Seeking a professional, ethical person to be an integral part of a small, collaborative team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, articulate and have a professional attitude (timely, honest, and highly developed attention to detail). You should be adept at multi-tasking, with the ability to meet deadlines calmly, even in stressful situations. This is a great office environment in a unique building – non-smoking office and client sites.

             Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable
  • Payroll
  • Reconciliations
  • Reporting (monthly quarterly, annually)
  • Answering phones
  • Scheduling
  • Filing
  • Additional duties as assigned
             Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years’ bookkeeping experience
  • Intermediate experience in Word, Excel and Outlook (candidates will be assessed prior to interview)
  • Advanced skills in written English for report preparation and correspondence
  • Professional friendly phone demeanor
  • QuickBooks experience a plus
