Position:       Call Coordinator/Agent Services Coordinator
Location:       Anchorage
Pay Range:    DOE
This position provides support for up to 450 real estate agents in Southcentral Alaska, as well as providing support to the leadership team.  If you have exemplary customer service skills and you thrive in a fast paced environment, this might be your chance to get your foot in the real estate door!

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Answering main phone and routing calls
  • Receiving and distributing mail
  • Ensuring compliance with State regulations
  • Agent intake and orientation
  • Support in company technology systems
  • Maintaining office appearance
  • Ordering supplies
  • Other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum of one year customer service/administrative experience in a fast paced office
  • College level coursework in business or related field preferred
  • Must posses strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time essential
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Real Estate experience a plus
