Position:       HR/Payroll Coordinator

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and charismatic individual to join their growing team. You will be responsible for recruitment, benefits administration, onboarding, training, compliance, record keeping and payroll processing.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all documentation and record keeping stays in compliance with Federal, State and company policies
  • Guide applicants through recruitment processes
  • Assist managers with the hiring process, onboard new employees, assist existing and past employees
  • Administer and promote various employee benefits and programs
  • Complete bi-weekly payroll process; managing and reporting compliance
Essential Qualifications:
  • BA in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field, or comparable work experience
  • Minimum five years related experience
  • Accredited HR certification preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Experience with ADP WFN and associated platforms preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work on a wide scope of tasks
  • Creativity and resourcefulness to source new recruiting opportunities
  • Ability to network, collaborate and promote the organization
  • Desire and ability to inspire qualified candidates
  • Independent thinker able to identify and solve problems in a timely manner
