The Company seeks a qualified individual to interact with existing trust administration personnel to create depth of experience and support to a rapidly growing company.  This is a unique opportunity to join a positive work environment with a premier Anchorage based financial services firm. The position requires a detail-oriented person to interact with the company’s Trust Officers/Account Administrators.  The position requires a high level of integrity and business acumen while interacting with management and clients.  The company is more interested in finding someone who seeks a long-term position, has a positive attitude, and desires to grow with the company.
Duties & Responsibilities

  • Primary focus of this position involves assisting Trust Officers and/or Account Administrators with the administration of their accounts
  • Processing new account paper work
  • Follow up on client communications and the coordination of administrative matters
  • Working with a variety of clients and be able to recall the details of each individual matter
  • Abide by all Company Policies & Procedures and leverage existing desk manuals as needed to perform job functions.
  • Ability to interact productively with internal compliance personnel and government regulators as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 7 or higher
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office version 10 (MSWord, MSExcel, MSOutlook, MSPowerPoint)
  • Attention to details and desire to provide our clients with timely and accurate information
  • Ability to provide and accept feedback to continually enhance the efficiency and work product of the trust administration department.
  • Full time availability during professional office hours of 7:00AM to 4:00PM Alaska Time Monday through Friday.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with existing team members, clients and their advisors.
Desired Qualifications
  • Trust, Accounting, Legal and/or Paralegal experience is a plus, but the company is willing to train the right candidate
  • Professional degrees and experience desired.
