Strong customer relations are a must and the successful candidate must possess an above average ability for completing assigned tickets and tasks.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide remote and on-site support to customers
  • Provide support through email and other electronic mediums
  • Install OS, applications and company software on computers, configuring as needed
  • Maintain software and hardware inventories
  • Microsoft Active Directory maintenance
  • Server management
  • Firewall and router configuration, installation and troubleshooting
  • Network Infrastructure troubleshooting and installation
 
Essential Qualifications:
  • Interpersonal skills such as phone skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-care
  • Ability to adapt to changes quickly
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Strong desire to grow and learn
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
  • Prioritize requests for technical assistance
  • Intermediate knowledge of network and troubleshooting techniques
  • Vast knowledge of troubleshooting and configuring web browsers
  • Provide remote and on-site support to customers
  • Provide support through email and other electronic mediums
  • Install OS, applications and company software on computers, configuring as needed
  • Maintain software and hardware inventories
  • Microsoft Active Directory maintenance
  • Server management
  • Firewall and router configuration, installation and troubleshooting
  • Network Infrastructure troubleshooting and installation
  • Malware and Antivirus detection, removal, and prevention
  • Documentation of tickets, processes, and configurations
  • Knowledge and understanding of ConnectWise
  • Knowledge of Sophos products and devices
  • Knowledge of Azure cloud
  • Office 365 management and troubleshooting
  • Experience working with virtual infrastructures
  • Knowledge of Office 365

Additional Details:
  • Subject to on-call scheduled rotation
  • Occasional travel required (up to 5% of the time)
