Temp HR Assistant

Temp HR Assistant (3-6 month assignment)
$20/hour+ DOE

***This position may be offered as part on-site and part work-from-home***

Our client: A professional services firm offering amazing compensation and a strong dynamic work environment!

Would you like to:
  • Onboard, offboard and process employee changes (e.g., promotions raise etc.)
  • Assist the Benefits & Leave manager with processing of employee benefits using company payroll software
  • Assist with responses to employee concerns and to requests for information about current or former employees from outside agencies (banking and financial institutions etc.)
  • Use reporting software (e.g. Excel) to prepare employee data reports
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Ideally you have:
  • Minimum of one year of experience in human resources (two years preferred) or 1-2 year’s university coursework in HR or related field, or a combination of both
  • Strong proficiency with MS Excel
  • Experience with a web-based HR and/or payroll system (ADP, Ceridian Dayforce, UKG Pro or similar)
  • Professional certification from SHRM or HRCI preferred
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
