Temp Admin Assistants- long term assignment for the remainder of the year! 
$20/hour

They are looking for a friendly, courteous first point of contact for clients and the public, who can provide exceptional administrative support for special projects. If you are a highly professional Administrative Assistant who takes pride in providing the best in quality service, please take a closer look at this amazing opportunity!

Would you like to:
  • Greet guests via phone or in person, routing queries to the appropriate staff member
  • Maintain schedules, assist with scheduling meetings, events, and main calendars
  • Prepare correspondence, documents, expense reports, invoices as requested
  • Create, file, and maintain folders
  • Assist with day-to-day operations including check requests, purchase requisitions and card reconciliations
Ideally you have:
  • General knowledge and understanding of the social, health, educational and cultural needs of the Alaska Native and American Indian community
  • Ability to accurately type 50 wpm
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, professional standard of grammar, vocabulary, spelling and proofreading
