We’re expanding (in a good way) and looking for a top-notch, engaging staffing consultant  to join our team in Anchorage. If you are self-confident, motivated, have proven recruitment experience and relationship oriented, we want to hear from YOU. As a member of our dynamic recruitment team, you are responsible for recruiting, business development and candidate sourcing activities. No cold calls, incentive pay, continued development, strong supportive team environment!

Would you like to:
  • Identify and source qualified candidates utilizing applicant tracking system, job boards and social media tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Strategically develop, cultivate and maintain client relationships
  • Conduct job requirements meetings with clients
  • Interview qualified candidates
  • Initiate candidate background checks and complete reference checks 
  • Conduct regular follow up with candidates
  • Participate in divisional meetings and assist with developing candidate sourcing strategies, marketing initiatives and other general projects as assigned
  • Utilize applicant tracking system to capture all recruiting related candidate information
  • Attend career fairs as needed
  • Contribute positive feedback at weekly staff meetings
  • Work collaboratively with team members
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Ideally you have:
  • Either Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business-related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Familiarity with, and understanding of the Alaskan business community
  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting/sourcing experience required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, ATS.
  • Proven track record as a corporate recruiter, agency recruiter or sourcer across a wide range of disciplines.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches at any time and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to engage passive candidates on the phone to network and generate referrals and additional leads.
  • Ability to generate a high volume/high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines.
  • Exceptional planning, time management, communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
  • Must possess excellent analytical, trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to contribute positive feedback at weekly staff meetings
  • Work collaboratively within a team
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates
