Would you like to:
Source passive candidates using a number of resources
Review, screen and schedule applicable candidates for a position (including cross-consideration for other positions)
Communicate effectively with recruiters and management
Demonstrate superior business acumen and actively demonstrate teamwork
Develop recruitment goals and objectives
Identify key recruiting KPIs
Attend professional events and networking opportunities (may be outside normal business hours)
Visit clients to maintain and strengthen relationships
Ideally you have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field ORthree years of experience as Recruiting Coordinator or similar HR role
Competency with HR tools, such as applicant tracking systems and CRM systems
Familiar with recruitment marketing and general marketing strategies
Excellent communication, time management and problem solving skills
Experience in methods of employer branding
