This role works closely with the President and leaders to formulate and manage HR functions, delivering value added service reflecting the business objective.

Would you like to:
  • Lead, assess, and develop direct report(s) to provide value added services to business partners through the delivery of the organizational strategic plan and HR strategy
  • Create, collaborate, execute, and communicate a comprehensive HR operations plan that minimizes organizational risk and maximizes business performance
  • Manage the acceptance and resolution of manager and employee inquiries concerning all HR programs and services. Track inquiries received and provide best advice to business and HR partners on the resolution of systemic issues
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations. Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Deliver information campaigns and training to endure adherence to company policies; align training with current and emerging trends
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management. Develops management capabilities to create and sustain a positive employee relations environment for their employees.
  • Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
  • Assist in the development of contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers
  • Support an environment that promotes trust, motivation, and excellence of all employees, resulting in a highly productive and satisfying business workplace.

Ideally you have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years experience in HR at a service provider in a multistate or geographically dispersed organization (or equivalent combination of education and experience); specific experience with employee relations, workplace investigations, leave management, and accommodations is required
  • Strong PC proficiency; intermediate knowledge of MS Office and HRIS software required
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • Strong interviewing skills
  • Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity under high pressure
  • Ability to establish partnerships with management and across organizational lines
  • Analytical thinker and problem solver
  • Strong ability to organize multiple activities requiring close attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret company policies, procedures, and practices
  • Experience with being seen as a leader, advisor, and advocate
  • Strong sense of urgency, bias for action
